Refund and Returns Policy

At LEGACY French Bulldog Homes, the health and well-being of our French Bulldog puppies for sale is our highest priority. Due to the nature of live animal adoption, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy to ensure fairness, transparency, and responsible practices.

No Returns on Puppies

All sales are considered final once a French Bulldog puppy has been delivered or picked up. We do not accept returns or exchanges of French Bulldog puppies under any circumstances, as the welfare and stability of our puppies for sale are extremely important to us.

Health Guarantee & Refund Eligibility

We offer a limited health guarantee to protect our clients in the rare event of a serious health issue with their French Bulldog puppy for sale.

A refund or replacement may be considered only if:

  • A licensed veterinarian diagnoses a life-threatening or congenital condition within the specified health guarantee period (as outlined in your purchase agreement)
  • Written veterinary documentation is provided
  • The condition is confirmed by our designated veterinarian if required
  • In such cases, we may offer:
    • A replacement French Bulldog puppy of equal value (when available)
    • A partial or full refund at our discretion
    Veterinary fees, transportation costs, and related expenses are not refundable.

    Deposits

    All deposits made to reserve a French Bulldog puppy for sale are non-refundable. Deposits secure your place and cover care, holding costs, and removal of the puppy from availability.

    Change of minds

    Refunds will not be issued due to:
    • Change of mind
    • Allergies
    • Housing or landlord issues
    • Financial difficulties
    • Personal or family circumstances
    We encourage all buyers to ensure they are fully prepared before committing to adopting one of our French Bulldog puppies for sale.

    Shipping & Delivery Fees

    Shipping, delivery, and travel-related fees for your French Bulldog puppy are non-refundable once services have been scheduled or completed.

    Cancellations by Us

    In the rare event that LEGACY French Bulldog Homes is unable to complete the adoption of your French Bulldog puppy for sale due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, any payments made will be fully refunded.
